• Adegboyega is a highly experienced senior executive and articulate board level leader, his strength lies in critical and creative thinking; he provides thought leadership on strategy and complex issues.
• Adegboyega retired from banking (in 2013) as Assistant General Manager/Head Structured Finance and Investment Banking in Diamond Bank, after a career spanning 25years in various banks. During that time he led or participated in significant and complex financial raising deals, both national and international, cutting across sectors as well as debt, equity and hybrids.
• He is presently engaged as a Business Development Service Consultant for a public sector Risk Sharing Facility, Adegboyega’s ability to bring forward new strategic initiatives has successfully transformed the businesses he’s worked for. As a member of the external faculty of the Enterprise Developmental Centre, Financial Institutions Training Centre and the Lagos Business School, he has worked closely with MSME’s in various sectors and has developed a passion for solving their challenges.
• He is a graduate of Economics (University of Ilorin), and a TPMA member of the IFC-LPI Certified Trainer Network. He serves on the Board of a number of mid-sized companies as well as Social Sector organizations.
