• Ambrose has over 23 years work experience spanning Pension Fund Management, Strategy, Audit /Tax /Accounting services, Commercial & Investment Banking Corporate/Financial Advisory services during which he served as Adviser on several projects in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries.
• Prior to joining Business Catalysts, he was C-Level Officer in some of the best organisations in Nigeria and had worked in various financial service firms including one of the “Big 4” Audit & Financial Advisory Services firm.
• He has vast experience in the transaction and corporate financial advisory and strategy. He is a specialist in Investment Analysis, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling etc. and is also involved in Strategy sessions for various organisations.
• Ambrose is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts, USA - Executive Education Programme; University of Exeter, Exeter, UK - Master’s Degree; and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria - Bachelor’s Degree.
• He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
